Malmo 2-0 Celtic (agg: 4-3): Scottish giants out of Champions League


Celtic's Virgil Van Dijk curses an early missed chance.
Celtic have been eliminated from the Champions League qualifying stage for the second straight season after losing 2-0 in Malmo (4-3 on agg).
Coming into the game with a one goal advantage, Celtic were undone by Markus Rosenberg on 22 minutes and an own goal from Dedryck Boyata on 53 minutes with both goals coming via corner kicks.
Celtic may feel aggrieved at a Nir Bitton goal just before half-time which was strangely disallowed but apart from that they rarely threatened the Malmo goal.
